Interview Best Practices & Preparation (Video)

Job search process can take a long time.
Once you get an opportunity for interview, you do not want to mess up.
What should you do to make the interview successful?
Here is our video for interview best practices.

  1. Dress appropriately
Keep it professional and give a good impression to the employer!
  2. Clean up your online presence
Employers are researching about you online. Make sure that you don’t have any inappropriate, unprofessional and compromising contents visible on your social media.
  3. Arrive early
Arrive 10 minutes early! Try your best not to be late, but if you are, let the employer know as soon as possible.
  4. Treat everyone with respect
Hiring manager or the interviewers are not the only ones evaluating you. Greet everyone with firm handshake and a smile!
  5. Practice your answers
Practice possible questions, but do not memorize your answer and stay natural.
  6. Know the job description
Be aware of what is expected for the position, and tailor your answer.
  7. Research the company
Know values, history, services and outreach of the company and incorporate them into your answer to give a good impression!
